With over 24 inches of snow on the ground and more snow falling, dozens of local Real Estate agents were eager to show Mary Charters & Associates newest listing in the Kentlands community at 309 Booth Street.  The charming 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage-style home overlooking the lake, proved to be a “must-see” for local agents and their clients. The blizzard-like conditions last week didn’t stop agents from bringing their buyer’s through, with as many as a dozen touring the home during the height of the storm on Friday evening, February 8. The Open House on Saturday, February 13 was also a huge success with over 75 home buyers touring the property. The home immediately went under contract within days of first being listed on the market and the Seller had over eight contracts to review for consideration with many well over asking price.
